I've made it. Raw eggs aren't as poisonous as you'd think. The alcohol kills the bacteria anyway. If you want to be absolutely safe use organic, free range eggs.

I generally use brandy, milk, cream and sugar but this recipe looks good (I love Morgan's Spiced Rum).

Nice warm too - heat the milk and then add to the eggy mixture.

My buvver used to drink 6 raw eggs every day when he was bodybuilding.Did him no harm at all.
Could'nt say the say for the steroid injections unfortunately.
