I'm up for Spain in this, it's a guy with a pompadour and a mini guitar. Also, I'm genuinely shocked Dustin didn't go through.

there's dustin.

how bizarre.

That Russian entry was a rip-off of Wild World. Still, if it was good enough for the Pet Shop Boys, then it's good enough for them.

Any one else see the Ukrainian chick's nip slip out of her dress at the end?

Is there anyway we can watch the thing without the inane and wanky comments of both Wogan and Whelan? Wankers the pair of them. Whelan kept taking shite through the recap. At least Wogan had the sense to shut up. Apart from his traitorous comments later on.

Oh, and the years haven't been kind to Niamh. Not that they were ever kind.

i thought wogan was a bit crap tonight, and ruder than usual. spoke over the entire interval act, which indeed was rubbish, but i had to turn to rte to find out.

interesting to hear him hint that he might be done with it.

Wogan was fairly political at the end. God love him. The thing that most people seem to forget is that most of these countries listen to the same sort of music, have a lot of cross-border workers and, of course, natural sympathies with their closest allies. Hence we always used to vote for the Brits. We still do, just not the usual 12 points they used to nearly always get from us. They never harp on about that. But then, it's just sour grapes on the part of the Brits, who cough up a huge amount of the budget for the thing, thereby ensuring their guaranteed involvement.

They should just get rid of the public voting and get it back on track. A lot of pissed people sitting in pubs with mobiles is the cause of the downturn.

Anyway, did NO-ONE else see yer wan's nipslip? Wait for the download.

Thank God, for Sky+.
