Tis true,

Was kicked off the last running one firhouse way just after Harolds Cross.
Walking was faster than traffic, although it still took me over 2 hours from town in total

According to LiveDrive (Dublin City Council traffic station 103.2fm) Dublin Bus is running again, but some routes are restricted.

The Dublin Bus site isn't working due to high volume of traffic and AA isn't much help either.

They were in their hole working again. I walked from Stephens Green to the Blanchardstown centre and didn't see a single outbound bus all the way out. Saw 8 or 9 out of service & heading back towards town, and two 39s heading back in, but nothing else.
