i made some last night, it was right tasty.them my bird gets all "thats not how you make it, my ma makes it this way"

Her ma is from tipperary for fucks sake. Needless to say, her lifless body is out in the shed at the moment. Alls the more coddle for me tonight, and on saturday morning. Possibly lunchtime too. Coddle!

hmm. I toyed with the idea of adding tomato puree but in the end I didn't.
The one I made was nice, but it could do with a few additions though.
All in all, it was a successful experiment and a nice dinner.

Actually, next time I'll use some fancy Hicks sausage and some pancetta.

Would you not use some chicken stock in there in lieu of water?
