Can you identify this strange insect? (1 Viewer)

hmm... now i'm triple guessing myself.

it all depends on those yokes out the front of his mouth. If they are pedipalps/claws, then I think its not a harvestman.
They are not legs, I dunno what they are though.

Here's a arachnid key to get you to the right answer, but, it doesn't really help since I don't know what those spiky things are in front of his gob.

If they are not pedipalps, then Ann post is right, its some sort of harvestman.

I'm almost retracting the tailless whipscorpion idea though because I just can't see the front of him properly. Another thing about harvestmen is they have eyes, two eyes, in the middle of their backs. Again, I can't quite see if he has two eyes on his back or not.

Basically I don;t know.
Its an interesting animal all the same. I've never seen one in Ireland, I've seen Pseudoscorpiones, but not them.

if that thing by the ? mark is a set of two eyes, harvestman.
If that this by the arrow is a claw, not harvestman ( I think.)
