Anyone use, or have used Blackstar amps?

I'm on the look out for a 1X12, tube combo, with 2 channels and a touch of reverb.

The HT Studio 20 seems to thick most of the boxes.

boz boorer is endorsed by Blackstar so we were able to get a few for the Polecats gig. They sounded really nice, may grab one at one stage

I've had the ht5 combo for over a year. It's a fantastic little amp. In terms of build quality it's up there with the best. That higher wattage ht series your considering are supposed to be deadly. That new guitar centre shop on exchequer St has them if you want to give one a bash.

tis deadly ann, but it depends on what you're going to us it for. it will struggle against a loud kit, but for home stuff and recording it's great. and of course it will do fine anywhere there is a decent PA.

probably more recording then gigging for me - still seems to fit the bill.
