Elk from Dublin should change their name (and fuck off)

Elk from Cork are way better have been around longer and are totally sound.

Just saying. A promoter in Germany told us that our old bands name clashed with a massive German prog metal band, The massive band heard they were playing in a tiny bar in Berlin and threatened legal action. Dickheads.
 
(Didn't have to I don't Think but )Moutpiece used to be Mouthpiece but there was a pretty big US hardcore band called Mouthpiece.
 
Dude I used to know from Liverpool sold the name Audioslave to Chris Cornell for £20k or something. Then happily changed their name.
 
The inverse, a band that shares the same name as another. .

Victims (AUS/SWE)
Vectors (US/SWE)
Death (both US 70's and 80's)
Possessed (UK 60's/US 80's)


Probably a bunch more I just don't remember.
