Dutch paedophiles to launch political party

Amsterdam - Dutch paedophiles are launching a political party to push for a cut in the legal age for sexual relations to 12 from 16 and the legalisation of child pornography and sex with animals.

The Charity, Freedom and Diversity (NVD) party said on its Website it would be officially registered on Wednesday, proclaiming: "We are going to shake The Hague awake!"

The party said it wanted to cut the legal age for sexual relations to 12 and eventually scrap the limit altogether.

"A ban just makes children curious," Ad van den Berg, one of the party's founders, told the Algemeen Dagblad (AD) newspaper.

There is that extra concern regarding responsibility with girls because of the pregnancy issue. Back then I found the group of girls I hung around with to be responsible and alot wouldn't have sex because of the pregnancy fear/parental threats. It's a hard one to call really because you can still see how sexually uneducated some people are from message board questions, for example 'Can you get pregant if you have sex in the shower/standing up?', I only came across that question a few weeks ago!

it's a toughie. some people are sexually irresponsible regardless of their age.
i can't say what i think the age should really be, but as long as sex education is implemented as much as poss, i think 16 for all sounds fine.
