6-8 weeks in the cast. Still hurts like fook. Never broke a bone before.
Technically broke my leg not my ankle -
Fibula, down near the ankle

My last round of phyisical incapacity/physio was when i got the most guitar playing/development that i had done in years

yep. i think the bride had terminal eyeroll by the time she was walking up the aisle.

Bone throbbing pain subsides a bit, I have lots of practise to catch up on for a gig in September.
