i popped in to the pub last night on my way home for a couple of pints and a read of my book. the walk home was magical. this weather is no excuse for staying home or not drinking.

Yes indeed, I will miss the ice cold cans from the back garden when this cold spell breaks.

People who quit drinking for january make me sick. It's like going to mass once a year. Pricks.

I try to drink in Mass once a year.

I know what you mean, I didnt think I'd last through the first weekend

Plus ones all round for Gary I is and Anything for the serious "grab and wit" on alcoholism.

Dublinbus have now found a new way to irritate me. This morning they moved my bus about three miles and twenty minutes closer to my stop but kept the timetable exactly the same so that my bus went twenty minutes early while I was getting a Roll in centra. They're some geniuses at winding me up.
