The editorial spelling choices have definitely changed over the last three years.
And anyway, I can't read Cyrillic, in any language.

The recent visits by Macron and Starmer were an attempt to keep the US on board. So Europe offered or was willing to pay for any military assistance that is foot the entire bill. Zelenskyy then was persuaded to accept some sort of version of the rare minerals deal most of which are actually in the occupied part of Ukraine. Suppose we will visit ourselves after next week Zelenskyy made a brief stop here on the way.
