I was only going to leave off a design for life because of possible overfamiliarity. Ive also decided to simply donate my spare copy of the holy bible since i feel that album should be taken as a whole. I really want to find an excuse to include nostalgic pushead

yeah its a real cool thing as a unit - its got the same vibe as maybe something like dark side of the moon in terms of continuity, or how much it can absorb a person or something.

This thread just made me realise how long its been since I have listen to Faster. When I was sixteen used to spend a lot of time writing guitar tabs for the whole of The Holy Bible. Fucking brilliant record.

S.Y.M.M. is a dreadful song, despite its really admirable content. Black Dog On My Shoulder was great though.

reading this i am reminded of rhythm records! bought some great and not so great msp bootlegs in there when i used to visit dublin as a teenager. you'd get all the old songs that were impossible to find. spent a fortune on them. eventually got a copy of this as well http://www.discogs.com/Manic-Street-Preachers-La-Tristesse-Durera-Scream-To-A-Sigh/release/1114595 would flog it in a heart beat.

any msp compilation should be accompanied by fanzines for maximum scariness. and it should have miss europa disco dancer on it
