Pillow Queens‘ Calm Girls EP is out now and they’ve just announced their first gig
For their first gig, Pillow Queens and friends have organised O Howly Night, a Christmas fundraiser gig to raise some very much needed cash for Cara Rescue Dogs. The gig is on in the Bello Bar on December 21st, and also playing on the night are Sissy & Girlfriend, with ‘special guests’ to be announced on the day of the gig
100% of money raised from this gig will go to Cara Rescue Dogs. Cara Rescue Dogs is non profit voluntary group set up in 2011 by a small group of people in County Laois. The volunteers of Cara work tirelessly in an effort to prevent animal cruelty in the region and re-home unwanted and abandoned dogs. The demand for funds increases over the Winter months and particularly around Christmas so if you can’t make the gig consider inviting friends who might be interested or donating via eventbrite. There is a ‘donate’ option for those who can’t attend the gig!
Admission is a suggested donation of €6-€8. More info on the gig’s event page.
