yeah but append &fmt=18 to the end of the youtube URL for the best quality version they have on their servers, I think.
Still not broadcast quality though.

i've put youtube videos on dvd and played them on tvs before and u know, it looks shit and all, but its not as bad as you'd think. is it for actual broadcast on actual tv? if the video itself is old or homemade it'll be fine. even seoige and seoige and seoige show youtube videos these days.
