Hopeful that I won't have to become a speccy four eyed dork afterwards. But more realistically optimistic that I'll just need them for reading.

Was in the opticians with herself at the weekend and tried on a few pairs just in anticipation of needing them and yeah that seems like the way to go.

I'll might need big Dennis Taylor style frames.

Same happened with me a few years ago. You reach a point where your eyesight stabilises and even slightly improves after a few years
