Ah right i havent used that recently. I'd imagine that the incomplete files are stored in a default temporary folder that BitTorrent uses.

I'd recommend switching to a better client like uTorrent.
 
Killy kill I had a film fully completed and had looked at it to make sure it was in English and it disappeared from my computer when I went to watch it a while later, had to d/l it again and it happened for a 2nd time!
I kid you not, so the 3rd time I burned it straight to disc.
Film was Semi-Pro and was rubbish and I never bothered watching it to the end!
