There was absolutely no need for this movie (particularly with Joseph Gordon Leave-it in the main role). The documentary was hugely popular and played like a feature film.

If I was being generous, I'd say that they were trying to extend the street performer thing a bit

Like every single Frenchie JGL gets (the early part of the movie is a getting-the-gang-together sequence) he tells them that they have to speak ENglish, so he can sound like a New Yorker. We know it's because none of us want to read subtitles. It's almost like the film is winking at us, like a street guy would do. Like we're in on it or something.

I need better words.
