Today: Pan fried chicken breast (butterflied); borlotti beans with chorizo, onion and garlic; Tayto cheese and onion, strawberry yoghurt and an apple.

Same again today. Bigger bit of chicken though.

Today's lunch: microwave chicken korma (can't remember the brand), the usual crisps, yogurt and apple along with a kit Kat chunky for good measure.

Lunch – spicy meatball soup (which had two meatballs in it!) and dipping bread

Dinner – will be Wagamamas. Might go for this coconut seafood broth | japanese main courses | wagamama

Snacks – Going to the cinema later so will get popcorn and maybe some sweets

Bought a rake of fresh veg last night, so breakfast is a mire poix with some chicken thigh meat and a few spices.

Chicken thighs are on special for 99c/lb
This might be a fixture for a while.

A few weeks back we complained about our canteen's tendency to cut up meat and throw it in with the lentils in the salad bar. Since then they have suddenly had lentils in almost every vegetarian option (increasing their vegetarian ingredients to 3). I actually think they had no idea that lentils were vegetarian friendly.
