Story.

My boss has asked me to commission someone to provide us with, wait for it, "the world's best website". I've been given the go-ahead to recruit someone from anywhere in the world sort of thing. Thought I'd start here.

Who knows who the best web design companies in the world are? In the US? In Britain? In Ireland? What would I need to put together for anyone who might want to pitch for the job? What kind of information would I need to include? Is getting a few companies to do a sample page or two normal?

Anyway, I think it'll be an interesting enough job. Oh, and I live in Ethiopia so it would involve a trip or two out here...

I used to know about all the peeps who made the best websites in the world when I was studying that type of thing. I used to sit around waiting for 20 minutes for my dial up to load the sites. Ahh, memories. Now I can barely remember my HTML...
