Anyone else feel queasy about that Watchmen 1940 pic? Is it from the film? An all the other stills looked so amazing!

It's lifted directly from the book. In the book there is a scene where the original Watchmen (the Minutemen) pose for a photo on New Years Eve (if memory serves).

The photo there is an uncanny recreation of the one drawn in the book.

It really looks great. Some images directly from the comic. The Comedian going through the window, Mars, Osterman disintegrating.

Great stuff.

Could do without crappy Billy Corgan whining over the soundtrack though!
