such as. do think about what you are cooking with. most 'charcoal' briquettes are impregnated with hydrocarbon compounds and stuff like coal dust - releasing all sorts of particulates and VOC's. Proper charcoal is better and some places sell charcoal made from waste timber (pallets, bark, sawdusk etc). Try to make sure the charcoal hasn't been imported from tropical forests.

Fuel such as propane burn cleaner but release lots of CO2.

if you can't find local charcoal B&Q might stock Bioregional Charcoal. they do in the UK anywaysssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
 
Corn in tin foil in the bbq as opposed to on it. Likewise for sweet potatoes etc etc.
 
They've started doing tesco veggie frankfurters again.
Tasty yokes. 10 for about €3.
