Just bought a ticket for Skindred. Something about them is hitting the spot at the moment. As with all ticket purchases these days, it's speculative in that, if I'm feeling bad on the day I'll sell it.

Highly recommended if you want a fun, lively show.
Saw Thank last year in Bradford...much better live than on record. One of those makes-more-sense-live merchants.

I’m fairly certain I’ve never seen them live but I know I’ve picked up CD-Rs of theirs at gigs - did Maloney play with someone like Six Organs or similar years ago?
Pretty sure he did, also played with Thurston Moore for a few years and has joined Dinosaur Jnr on stage a bunch (he's their tour manager).
I just found an old thread here on this fine website, it was when Six Organs played Whelans in 2006. That was a great gig. I’d love to see them again.
