I remember this post-punk, noise group that I think even had elements of jazz and dance. I saw them on DCTV back in the day and followed them on a since-defunct Twitter account of mine. They split up sometime around 2012-14 and I can't for the life of me remember their name. They were Irish, but they had a one-word name that was Russian-sounding.

Does anyone by any chance remember them?

Bridges of Madison County fit the timeline, and noise rock with trumpet and sometimes hit a nightmare techno groove live...clearly not very Russian sounding.

A tall, scrawny dude, long streaky beard on him with a ridiculous little Cradle of Filth yelp out of him perennially in a yellow Everton away jersey...looked a bit like Rasputin... closest I can bend this to a Russian link.
