Was gonna get some tote bags done for the Stoat album launch, but they're dearer than I expected - we'd need to get 50 done, and sell 37 to break even

One of the lads thinks it's just unnecessary tat and we shouldn't bother. Thoughts?

Getting t-shirts done is just too expensive. Print-on-demand is ok, but ... well I still have a box full of odd sizes of Stoat t-shirts from our first album launch in 2005

There's a guy next door who prints tote bags and he says it's v expensive to do. He has only sold a couple to particularly dedicated locals, at cost. He hasn't quite figured out how to do good t-shirts yet. But I'm sure you know someone better.
