I've started by not spending as much time on t'internet cos I only end up taking the piss out of gobshites on it.

I've gone to work every morning with a smile on my face, and so far I've come home pretty much the same.

Little things that used to frustrate me I just ignore now.

But jaysus some people were sent to test me...

Anyways, I feel all the better for it so far.
