Well a friend of mine knows a guy who shifted the daughter of the guy from Stokes Kennedy Crowley who used supervise Ronan Collins on the Lotto back in the day - you know, the dude with the glasses.

thats nothing, I shifted this girl in school, who years later went out with Damian from the Den. I mean basically I'm cool enough to pull a girl who later went out with Damian... ergo I am as cool as Damian from the Den. Q.E.D.

ah the warm glow of his reflected glory

back in their heyday Andy Cairns from Therapy offered my girlfriend of the time some cocaine for a shag

why, did they sue someone recently

another of my buddy's was kicked off stage at a Therapy concert in London and Andy did a big rant about how ignorant people from the republic of Ireland are, stereotypical drunken Irish, and it was all shown on their web site

poor auld Andy

you really have it in for that lad don't you

Once when I was young me and Woolys band supported Blink in Skerries,
16 people turned up to the gig, when we stopped playing and Blink came on 10 people left. Blink went on anyway but, true pros to the bitter end....

Top quote was the drummer arguing with the singer...

"well at least i don't play my snare with an american accent!!"

Ah sure Dublin's a great place to meet famous pricks -

A friend of mine once met Robert de Niro in Principles on Grafton St...hmmm, not so cool there Bob.

Another girl I know was working in the Kilkenny Shop on Nassau Street when Jack Nicholson walked in. He basically stalked her until she agreed to go out to dinner with him...not sure what happened after that...I couldn't bring myself to ask.

My celebrity encounters on Grafton St include a very orange Ulrika Johnson, the drummer from Ocean Colour Scene, Nicky Wire and numerous Boyzone-type knobends (none of whom offered me dinner though).

I have been truly blessed.

ok

respeck (or "jums") to Joss and all, I'm stealing your sceal here

The bearded tenor gets these ballerinas back to his room

Some guy walks in and finds them, in flagrante engaged in a threesome of sorts

one is propping up his belly while the other's giving him a blowjob

And just in case I actually do get sued by the man himself, I'd just like to say my name is Fiachra McCarthy and I live in Drumcondra

well, he has a nice voice, he probably deserved that little extra touch. :)
