yes, but i have had emails from bands warning me that they will not be doing the stall on the night as they will be performing.

I don't mind doin it for the nights we're playing either...AND I'll wear a wig. Now you can't say fairer than that can ye?

I'm sure the stall will be manned in Kilkenny (or is that Mammed).

What about getting stock to these gigs and keeping track of it? Any ideas about that one?

There's just too many possibilities here Anthony. Mammed, like will there be a big busty girl doing the stall that night...Or will someone's Mammy be doing the stall...or will the stall be maimed or what like?

i've a document for keeping track of stock, its just a list with bands names, prices etc - the same as what's on the stall ad.

as for stock, if bands can bring their own cd's n stuff along to the gigs they'll be playing that'll be a big help. I'll supplement that stock with everything else depending on what we have / can get a hold of in time.

For instance, Ronan Yakuza/Eamonn Evangelist have the nordy gigs to take care of stall wise, so any bands playing those gigs bring along your own stuff and stick em on those stalls.

The main thing apart from stock is zines, flyers and posters so as to raise awareness* of things

*best line ever roigh!?

hmmmmm, i'd quite like to go to one of the gigs down the country, decisions, decisions.

Here. I'll do Kilkenny.
Anthony, will you mang it while we're playing?

I can do a stint of it in Dungdalk too.

I'll do cork when were not rockin'
great way to pick up chicks i'd wager
right hopper?
well at least mumble at my feet when they are perusing...
a coldspoon could do it when were "on stage"

Just spoke to JP about transport and unfortunately he's on holiday from the 1st April to the 10th.

He's come up with a plan though. Joss, email me about gear moving to kilkenny.

Here, it would be deadly to go to every one of the gigs. Not for me though.

What about a TOUR page on the site. It can have photos and reports written by the bands... a "tour diary" if you like. People can follow its progress as it snakes across the country from the discomfort of their own workplace.

not a bad oul write-up. a few facts wrong but at least they got the 'you're' right.
