This thread made me realise how much of my time i've wasted listening to really shit music in the past couple of years. It gets pretty depressing sometimes. Today i've been listening to Goldie Lookin' Chain's album, half way through and there's not much in the way of redeeming features. The last Jennifer Lopez album is probably the worst thing i've heard in recent memory.
That 'babycakes' single is really awful. While there's usually something shit at the top of the charts, those songs usually have some people who can actually sing on them.

Probably not the worst record ever made, but the one that has offended me the most recently was a blumfeld CD herself told me to listen to cos I like the notwist/lali puna and it was of a similar ilk. Was it fuck, musically it sounded like Careless Whisper era George Michael with some German bloke crooning over the top. Fucking shite.

This french guy, whos songs have midi bass lines, midid drums and shitty keyboards all synched up wrong , then he plays slash guitar solos over this and sings in horrible french accented english... the second song is 7 minutes long.
