The What I Ate Today Thread (1 Viewer)

Yesterday:
Porridge, grape juice, tea
Brazil nuts, more tea
Barley cous cous with tomatoes, carrots + feta cheese
Apple, satsuma, 3 oatcakes
Veg/ tofu stir fry, brown rice
Peppermint tea, dark choccie digestive

I mostly eat good stuff, my problem is I'm a piglet. I could easily eat 3 times as much as I do, and I already eat a lot. And when there's alcohol in the equation I graduate from piglet to full-grown sow.
 
Coke zero doesn't have many calories, lucozade has loads. There's a chance that drinking too much cola diet or otherwise can fuck up your kidneys but if you don't swim in the stuff it's mostly harmless.

If I were to post what I eat every day then I'd never have time to do anything else. I eat like a pig, with an eating disorder.

People are frequently amazed by the amount of food I can shovel into my mouth. The worst is when we get leftover sandwiches from meetings at work, I'll have already eaten my sensible cous cous salad and I still find room for about 8 little triangles of hoummousy bready goodness. And then dinner.
 
3 Bowls of crunchy nut cornflakes with soya milk.
Two bars of Dairy milk.
Two packs of tayto.
1 Rice cracker with cream cheese.
1 small can of coke.
1 cup of black tea.

Today is my fat day.
 
1/2 cup of coffee
2 cups water
beans on brown toast
1/2 bowl museli ( no milk)
very large bowl of crunchy nuts
 
2 cups of coffee
2 slices of McCambridges bread with butter and honey
1/2 pot of coffee
3 glasses of water
toasted brown club from Fallon & Byrne
more water
about 5 pieces of clove rock
more water
a yummy rare ribeye steak

I think I need more coffee.
 
To add to my list earlier..

A cheese Sandwhich
A flake
Half a pizza
Corn on the cob
and chips.


My brother said to me an hour ago "you fucking eating again!? Why am I the only one in this family who didnt get the pig gene! I need it the most!!!"
 
breakfast:
16 crackers
1 packet of liquorice

lunch:
1 hang sangwich
1 milky way
1 packet of hula hoops
2 caramel machiattos

expected dinner:
more crackers, gubbeen, hummus from the gubbeen stall nyom nyom nyom
 
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 waffles, 2 brown toast and some fried mushrooms half a can of heinz beans

A big pot of tea and a glass of orange juice

Lunch: 1 brown sandwich w/ waffle, homous, cheese, lettuce and dressing

Dinner: veggie curry with brown rice and nan bread leftovers from yesterday

water throughout the day too.

Just edited that for today as I'm having basically the same thing.
 
yesterday:

breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, muesli, tea
lunch: belgian day in the canteen! my not so healthy choice - frites, endive in cheese sauce, beef stew, asparagus tart. yum.
afternoon: slightly crap "mediterranean" tuna sandwich, mini-toblerone
evening: one square of cadbury's caramel from the fridge because i was too tired after my choir rehearsal to even make toast. tragic. i blame arvo part.
random beverages: too many lattes (again), raspberry smoothie, can of full-fat coke, herbal tea, lots of water.
