The What I Ate Today Thread (2 Viewers)

a fly

this morning on the bike to work

probably the last of the season

it tasted good. I love how they linger in the throat for a while before making their way down your foodpipe. Its one thing I'll miss most about the summer.

3 slices of white chedder
2 cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces giving me 8 units of tom
2 tablespoons of marmite
jam donut with no jam
4 cups of tea consumed in 3 seperate mugs

So far, porridge with seeds & honey & a bit of raw cacao for brekkie.

Ooh, gonna try that tomorrow. Got some raw cacao and not sure what to do with it other than choccie cake and chili.

Brekkie: Avocado on rye toast, apple juice, tea
Elevenses: 2 oatcakes, 1 dark choccie digestive
Lunch (not eaten yet): pasta, avocado, cherry tomatoes + sugar snap peas in french dressing
Dinner (not eaten yet): stir-fried tofu, kale, carrots, peppers and spring onions with brown rice.
Doubtless there'll be another choccie biccie and a beer or two at some stage too.

I sprinkle around a teaspoon on it, my porridge must look disgusting to my colleagues...! I also use it to make raw vegan truffles, which are delicious.

Breakfast - same as yesterday
ginger oat biscuit and a sml sq of dark choc
lunch - cold pasta , pesto & veg left over from last night plus hemp seeds sprinkled on top
dinner - probably falafels, salad and maybe quinoa or roasted baby potatoes
and more chocolate somewhere along the line
Water & Thé du Hammam, which smells like chocolate

Or last night rather. I had the leftovers of sunday brunch, two nice M&S sossies, bowl of beans and some chunks of potato hash. I chopped up the sausages and sauteed them with onion and garlic, then chucked in a tin of tomatoes along with the baked beans. The spuds went in on top of that along with a small tin of kidney beans. A few sprigs of rosemary, some chili flakes and soon enough I had myself a very hearty sausage and bean hot pot.

Is everybody on this thread pregnant?

Any way today I had a cup of tea, black forest cured ham, brussels pate and some cream crackers. Best lunch ever. Cost fuck all and there's shit loads left. I'm in love with lidl

Breakfast - fruit salad, followed about an hour later by nutri grain bar because I was still starving
Lunch - baked potato with tuna and cheese, fruits of the forest yoghurt

Intermittently - raspberry leaf tea, apple and cinnamon tea, too many sweets, two bananas

Dinner (impending) - not sure but could go for A HORSE, need to get more carbs in me early in the day
