I mades some vegtable soup last thursday and have had a portion of it sitting in the fridge since then. It smells okay, would it still be alright to eat today? I'm really dumb on the cut offs on stuff you make yourself.

was it in a sealed tupperware container? if so, i reckon it would be ok, as long as it was properly re-heated.

T'was indeed. Unfortunately it'll have to be nuked in the microwave but oh well. Good soup mind.

I normally eat stuff in 2 days time max, alot of people think cos their is no meat in it it will stay fresher longer cos it's veg but I would disagree.
