Don't worry we laugh at you too.
Nobody actually cares what anybody thinks punk is.
It's like sitting around talking about girls you fancy the most.
It's such a shame you were too punk to actually go to gigs until recently.

We were all middle class punk snobs forever going to gigs while Janer sat at home watching Blind Date and Casualty.

McGonagles - Sitting at Home
Old Chinaman - Sitting at Home
Fusion Bar - Sitting at Home
Charlies - Sitting at Home

The Temple - Ventured out of the gaff, squinting at the sun
Some time after, an internet connection was set up.
...and thus a legend was born and we were told we weren't punk enough.

What you blabbering on about?
Oly was only a bambino when McGonagles was in its full swing....

Just wondering how his post has McGonagle's in it and your quote of it didn't.

He obviously edited his post, he is a legend for the edit isn't he?
If you edit within a set time the edit doesn't show up.

Always does, they're as good as gold in real life though.

Ahh I know that, but a lot of discussions here get a bit bull-shitty when everyone starts trying to score points of each other.

Anyway got to get back to work.

Ah Janer, of course you don't have anything to prove to me.
Nobody has to prove shit to each other.
But when you, who stayed at home for decades instead of being part of the Irish punk scene,
start pulling out shit like calling people who have been to countless punk gigs for their whole
teenage and adult life 'College PC middle class snobs'... well... you're going to get slagged.

edit:And I am KING of the edit!

this thread is a highly entertaining read and it wasted a good half an hour of my seemingly endless day, it also makes me feel super cool that now at age 21, i started going to punk gigs the same time as janer, me! a lowly middle class university based hip-hop star, im off to pogo on members of the largely indian based community in which im situated, izzup the pizzunxz

anyone got any more to add to this?

that flared up nicely for a while there

bored now
