as for joyce and morgan, its not great that they choose to represent another country (or more specifically, England and Wales Cricket Board) than Ireland but if they want to play test cricket, the best form of the game and the highest level of the game, they have to play for someone that isn't ireland. it isn't like Ireland jsut have a shit test team, they don't even have one, so its just not that much of big deal.
