From what I hear, it's more like Resident Evil than anything else. A virus mutates people into large monster things and they make human slaves which eat living people.

Something along those lines anyway.

Hate to be the one to say it but the book I Am Legend kicks ass and The Omega Man, 28 Days Later and other cheap knock offs don't do it justice.

You might like the book 'A Canticle for Liebowitz' then, very good post-apocalyptic stuff, a good read. Oh yes and a million other books whose names I can't remember right now.
