There was a guy in my masters class who had a similar prob.. he sorta smelled like a horse. He was fairly chunky.. actually.. scratch that. He was fat, but the thing that got me was he had very long straight hair, which he always had tied back with an elastic band, and between the band and his scalp was this huge ball of dead hair and skin and stuff, which was retained in a long hair cage made by the band. The first time I noticed it I nearly gagged - it really was a sight to behold.

Never mentioned it to him though. Probly should have.
