Silly G-mail Question (2 Viewers)

Here, I signed out of my Gmail chat, and I can't figure out how to sign back in!? It says "You have been signed out of Gmail. You must sign back in to reenable chat." Signed out of gmail and back in to no avail. Can't figure out how to turn it back on.

If you are on g-mail is there not a "sign back in to chat" in the box with your name?

Nope, Just says 'chat is disabled'.

did that, said 'loading...' then back to chat is disabled. can't see anything in settings eifer.

when is reloading, a link that says'sign into chat' pops up for 10ms and then disappears. may try safari.

If anyone else has this problem, revert to the older version of gmail. It works. Don't know why it doesn't in the new version though!?
