Does anyone on thumped suffer from this sexy skin affliction?

Mines got pretty bad recently, i looked in the mirror this morning and Simon Weston was staring back at me.

Any treatment tips?

is there not a cream or something?
yes ramps there is a cream or something but they're often steroid based which fucks up the body. i'm in search of something more homopathic.

oh and by the way sudocrem and/or leeches don't work.

apparently fish oils are pretty helpful for psioriasis
my dad has this and went to see some skin specialist and he gave him some oil that contained olive oil and apply topically, worked pretty good, cant remember exactly

Do you specifically mean homeopathy?

Science has proved many times that it doesn't work.

Perhaps you mean herbal stuff which is a different kettle of fish altogether?

well most of the treatments i've been advised to date have involved some kind of cortosone creams or topical lotions. These thin out the skin and long term use isnt recommended.

I'm looking for an effective treatment that can be used often with no bad side/longterm effects.

I've never seen a kettle of fish. Its just a figure of speech and probably shouldnt be taken literally.

pieces of my head have been falling off randomly lately..
try this shit...
well i cant find any pics of it but its called tar pomade.
should be able to get it in the chemo.
seems to work.
rock on

yeah i've used many of those coal tar shampoos over the years but i seem to have built up a resistance to them. They dont work too well for me.

Just like alan partridge i find myself waking up these mornings to a pillow that resembles a flapjack.

This is strange- I was just going to ask this exact question.(I'd have spelt it properly though, yeah, that's right)

Not quite in the singing detective league yet though

The chemist recommended Cocosis cream( cocnut based)- which is fine- it removes the 'scales' but I dont think it actually cures anything

I have a prescription for something called Elocon- no idea what it's like though

this shit isnt a shampoo though you just lash it on overnight then wash it out the next day..
works for me..

Hey,

I've nasty eczema on my foot that's improving with Betnovate oil (steroid based, used the cream variety before to no affect) and emulsifying cream that keeps the skin hydrated. The emulsifying cream is cheap and available from most chemists without perscription -you ever tried it?
