Room needed Stranmills/Malone area of Belfast (1 Viewer)

I'm Looking for a large room in the Stranmills/Malone area sharing with like minded people aged between 25~35.

My interests are Music, movies and going to gigs. my music tastes include but are not exclusive to people like hot snakes, sleater-kinney, mclusky, kyuss, queen adreena etc... etc..

I enjoy going to local gigs as well as to see bands from further a field and would usually go to gigs in the pavilion, aunty annys and limelight/spring and air etc..

[FONT=times new roman,times,serif]I would need a reasonably sized room as I have quite a bit of stuff, 2x28" TV's! (one for the bed room and one for the living room), PC, HI-FI equipment, Lots of Records, CD's, DVD's, books & comics etc... I do have my own double bed and lots of pine shelving but if needed can be put into storage.[/FONT]

I also have a 4 year old cat by the name of smudge, who is extremely docile and stays outside most of the time, but i have a friend who can take him

I would also need somewhere where I could safely park my motorbike if possible

I am in no hurry but would like somewhere for around mid November start of December, but thought I'd start looking now.
