I was at 7SD live yesterday evening. Best of the three I've been to I think. The parrot section was great ("Never happened!"), as was the Steve Guttenberg interview farce, particularly the moment Andy realised that the wireless mic could get a signal from the top of the stairs.
Listening again, the sound quality is dire for the first 10 minutes. That's a pity. Presumably caused by that Vic Thrill guy soundchecking in the middle of the fucking show. He was impressively idiotic. Andy's faces are always priceless during the music acts.

haha - "you have a nice beak!" - anti-semetic parrot. was very funny

shame about the sound. don't think it was cos of the organ guy. you could
barely hear anyone other than andy and his mic kept making a pretty horrible
sound all the way through.

The Smirnoff Ice guy? Pretty sure that was, I think all of the Gem's have been Wurster characters so far.

No, the Smirnoff Ice guy is Jon Benjamin. He's done a good few calls as well, again all with the same voice...the Blood Sweat & Tears interview is him, as well as the 'George Benson's White Son' bit, which are great.

Have any of you tracked down the 'Kevin' calls? That's the other regular contributor, Andrew Earles...if anyone wants these, I'll get to sendspacing some files later.

Do a search for 'Earles & Jensen: Just Farr A Laugh' for some further chuckles.

graham. the first hour is actually really dull. i like this actress / photographer lady though.
she's been putting up some of her FOT photos for the last few months.

I know I've only been listening a month or so, this is one by far of the better ones (there's been funnier segments in others but last night was the most consistant) I've heard so far. Her being asked all the questions about who she's slept with was brilliant. Her camera clicking in the background got annoying though.

yeah, it was ok - best show hasnt been doing much for me lately to be honest. AWK was
good though, seemed to object quite strongly when tom made some comment about "the
world not wanting ICP"

haven't listened to the last 15 minutes or so yet

was a good bit with Spike!

I was working late and listened live to the spike bit. I thought Tom was being mean. Last week's was a bit of a let down. Those gang shows aren't the best. Would have been better with PFT or JH there on their ownses.
