poachng an egg (1 Viewer)

When the water starts to boil, stir it til it gets all whirlpooly..
Then crack the egg into centre.
The spinning water will keep the egg in the centre of the pot.
 
i tried that but i think the problem was the pot was too small. thanks i will switch pots

Fresh egg.
Hot just boiled water (let it settle back down). Salt and plenty of vinnigar in the water (before boiling).
Gently crack in the egg. Pan NOT on heat. Dont spin the water or any of that shit.
LEAVE IT THE FUCK ALONE!!!
Take it out when its done and plunge it into a bowl of cold water briefly. Sprinkle with chives, salt n pepper. Then eat.

Important to crack the egg into a cup first, then gently 'pour' it into the water. No breakage that way.
