Maverick goal scoring geezer.
After playing in the last Huddersfield team to play in the First Division until 2017.
A move to Liverpool collapsed after a 'failed medical' and Leicester signed Frank
where he was a prolific striker and won 8 England caps (2 goals all in 1974)

after many more transfers his English League his career ended in 1988 with Stockport
Frank was one of few players to make over 750 League appearances in English football.
(757 games and 234 League goals inc 150 First Division goals).

Frank was a proper 70's geezer who loved a drink but was a skilful crowd favourite
often lumped in with contemporaries Stan Bowles, Rodney Marsh and Tony Currie.
A 90's book dubbed them ''The flair players of the flares era''.

Ex-England striker Worthington dies at 72
(BBC tribute with amazing photo of Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley 'signing' him for Liverpool in 1972 !)

Shit. George Segal. Leading man in one of my all-time favourite flicks - California Split. Segal and Gould directed by Robert Altman is like the dream team right there.

And Ivan Passer's Born to Win.

Overlooked, underrated actor for sure.
