hahahhaha deadly. I rode one of them once.
It was not very good.
A lot.

I think I got to about Blackrock, and decided that that was as far as I ever needed to ride one of those things.
It was a spaghetti frame of outstanding spaghettiness, in an era of spaghetti frames.

And the wheels... were just shit.

I'll see your Grifter, and raise you a Chopper.

I had a chopper. 2 things I didn't like about them. First was that you'd stub yer nuts on the gear lever. Who the hell figured it'd be a good idea to put it there. Secondly, those 'No Passengers' stickers. What?

Otherwise, yeah, it was a deadly bike and I loved it to bits.

Had a grifter, wrecked it doing 360's

wrecked it doing 360's

best of both worlds me.

I never had one.
I rode one once... that was too big for me, down a hill. I dont think I have ever felt so gloriously out of control on a bike ever since. Changing gears was far from my mind, since Not Dying was occupying it fully.
I remember it being unbelievably heavy.
I didn't crash it, mysteriously enough. That would have been ugly. And I would probably have gotten a kicking off the bigger boy who owned it.

I had an orange Super Delux bike, that was made somewhere in Eastern Europe, possibly Czechoslovakia, and had a back pedal back break.

The brother had a Raleigh Budgie. Oh man. The slaggings. "Fuck off!!! At least its not Czechoslovakian". Touche.

Both bikes were ramped off alarmingly high things, until I broke the welds on my bike.
