moving back home after 4 years in cork. what's the story with the place these days?
original music scene/places for gigs/places to go drinking/clubbing that don't cost a fortune?
i realised today that i'm too used to not queueing to get in anywhere, only paying in occasionally, getting vodka and splash for about 2euro, never having to use the cloakrooms, etc...
i know all about the roisin, but i'm kinda hoping that there's a little more than that grown there in the past 4 years...variety, etc...
i think my last time out with folks in galway few years back was spent bushing down by the waterfront before being dragged drunkenly into the GPO. never again!
