I know a guy who did just this, saw a nice girl on the bus in Limerick, chatted to her and got off the bus with her to continue the conversation. 6 weeks later they were married. And still are 15 years later.

Of all the guided tours, in all the cities in the world,... etc etc Humprey Bogart etc....
