I've found a cup of Earl Gray (hot) is great for getting to sleep.

Regular tea completely fucks up my sleep.

I find it hard to go to sleep without a cup of tea before bed. Caffeine has never affected me in terms of sleep. It doesn't give me a lift/energy boost during the day either, I get an eye twitch after too many coffees but will still drop off like a sedated sloth when I go to bed.

I lived with a guy who couldn't have more than one tea a day and it had to be before noon or he'd be up all night.

Get them sorted, I neglected mine then had to get the teeth pulled and implants to replace them. Expensive and extremely painful.
