Another dog walking tale, last night we were out for an early evening stroll in the beautiful sunshine, could hear what I thought was a band practicing, got close and it was a lady cleaning her car in her drive, with the doors open and a deep Andrew Bird cut blaring out. Just after passing one of his whistling bits came in, and I had to join in. We were out of sight but seconds later she horsed up the volume. We never saw each other but I'd say were both secretly delighted in the summer sun for a moment.

There's a stray cat that has settled itself in the yard there. She's preggers apparently.
I was chatting to and petting the furry fucker for a good minute when I look up and there's the yard manager (who's a hard bastard) and his wife watching me. Both smiling massively at me and my cat chat. I didn't know this guy was actually capable of smiling.
