I had a terrible nights sleep, but a hilariously mad thumped themed dream.

@ann post @Space and some dream-hybrid randos were trying to fight off dinosaurs in a big carpark in the middle of no-where at night.

there was a cavernous community hall come pub in the middle, where @therealjohnny and I tried to outdo each other in sketches of said dinosaurs.

like comedy sketches? "Tryannasaurus walks like this, but Triceratops walks like this..."

i think compost shouldn't be necessary; you need to tamp the grass seeds in to give them their best shot, IIRC.

as thumped's designated expert gardener, i also hereby proclaim that lawns are overrated.

Oh I don't care for lawns at all. I just put slow-growing grass and wildflower seeds on it, so I never have to bother with it again

Looks fantastic

I just sowed a lawn a few days ago. Still waiting for it to start growing. Do I need to cover the seeds in dirt or compost? Getting mixed messages on Google.

By the way, you are hereby promoted to Thumped's designated expert gardener
you need rain and for the bastard birds to stop eating the seed. Little pricks have my garden patchy as fuck

I'm liking this stuff lately. In a sandwich......Not in the garden.
