What should I have today? I work near a fairly big Super Valu. Can anyone suggest something decent. I'm sick of ham and cheese sangers. Doesn't have to be fancy. Thanks.

I went for the usual ham and cheese combo. Some ploughman's pickle gave it a lift though.

I would have loved a rare fillet steak with a load of salad doused in Newmans Own balsamic vinegarette.

brown pitta (toasted) with salad leaves (green with beetroot is good), tomatoes, ham, cheese = really tasty
then a fruit salad and a yogurt
