Landlord doubled the rent from €100,000 to €200,000 p.a. in May 2010, claiming that the contract allowed him to do so, if the business became profitable. It had, but not to anywhere near that extent.....

It's great to have it back but you have to feel for the original owners. They set up the original one, it went under, years later they did it again, it fell apart, through whatvseems to be no faukt of theirs, and now some other crowd waltz in and take it over. I know that's business etc etc but it must be heart-breaking
