There was some lad on with George Hook yesterday saying he got some cert from the Catholic church to say he was an atheist. I'm not quite sure how they'd be in a position to say any more than that he's no longer a Catholic, which isn't the same thing at all.

Yeah, I think that was Mick Nugent from Atheist Ireland. I have no idea how he went about that but it does seem kind of absurd that a church would declare you an atheist.
